Sophie Bancroft is highly respected both as a singer/performer and as a teacher. She has performed in major jazz festivals & clubs and toured France & Italy and been regularly broadcast on BBC Radio 2 and Radio Scotland.

She was appointed as Britain's first Jazz Education Development Officer and, as well as running her own vocal workshops and lessons, she has been jazz tutor at the City of Edinburgh Music School and the University of Strathclyde, amongst many others.
